Dans cet ouvrage qui faisait office de manuel pour son enseignement acad\u00e9mique et dont il existe trois \u00e9ditions (1817, 1827, 1830), la conceptualit\u00e9 que Hegel avait patiemment \u00e9labor\u00e9e pendant plusieurs d\u00e9cennies s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 une clart\u00e9 indiscutablement magistrale. Mais il faudra se demander si cette ma\u00eetrise conceptuelle, dans tous les sens de l\u2019expression, <em>prend la rel\u00e8ve<\/em> des analyses d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es ant\u00e9rieurement dans les ouvrages majeurs que sont, en particulier, la <em>Ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologie de l\u2019esprit<\/em> (1807),<em> La Science de la logique<\/em> (1812-1816) et les <em>Principes de la philosophie du droit<\/em> (1821)&nbsp;: s\u2019agit-il d\u2019un d\u00e9passement (<em>Aufhebung<\/em>) qui surmonte les probl\u00e8mes jusqu\u2019alors rencontr\u00e9s sans supprimer les difficult\u00e9s ou bien, au contraire, sont-elles en quelque sorte gomm\u00e9es&nbsp;? En somme, a-t-on affaire \u00e0 une entreprise critique de reprise dialectique de l\u2019ensemble du savoir ou bien Hegel expose-t-il un syst\u00e8me dogmatique qui tourne en rond dans ses propres pr\u00e9misses&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir introduit \u00e0 la philosophie h\u00e9g\u00e9lienne \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9tude des pr\u00e9faces et de l\u2019introduction de l\u2019ouvrage (\u00a7&nbsp;1-18) de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 montrer la construction ternaire de l\u2019ouvrage, le cours s&#8217;est focalis\u00e9 sur le troisi\u00e8me moment&nbsp;: la \u00ab&nbsp;Philosophie de l\u2019esprit&nbsp;\u00bb et, en particulier, sur sa seconde section&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019esprit objectif&nbsp;\u00bb (\u00a7&nbsp;483-552), dont l\u2019analyse sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des incursions dans les <em>Principes de la philosophie du droit<\/em> (1821).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Cours confin\u00e9 sur les \u00a7 488-552 de l&#8217;<em>Encyclop\u00e9die<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>introduction \u00e0 la Philosophie du droit abstrait (A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/www.per-turbas.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Hegel-1-Encycl-III.2-intro-1-a-A-1.wav\"><\/audio><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/www.per-turbas.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Hegel-2-Encycl-III.2-intro-2-a-A.wav\"><\/audio><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">A.
